Here’s how to order: · Go to www.thread-logic.com and look through their entire online catalog.(The FPCP logo can be added to any item they offer.)Find the item(s) you would like to order and write down the size, color, and price of each item. ·Add $6.02 to the price of each item you wish to order ($6.02 covers both fundraiser and use tax). ·Fill out a logo wear order form (located in the folder on Congregational Life’s bulletin board) and turn in the completed order form, with your payment, to Christy in the church office.
