Growing Your Faith and Discipleship Through Education

Pastor’s Bible Study

Join Pastor Sue via Zoom each Wednesday for a Bible Study of the upcoming Sunday scriptures. Wednesdays, 9:30 -11:00 am

                                          Book Study

Our next book that we will study is The Bitter Waters of Medicine Creek, by Richard Kluger. This is a well-documented account of what happened when, in 1852, Isaac Stevens, appointed governor of the Washington Territory, met Leschi, a chief of the Nisqually tribe. The events that followed have caused repercussions to this day.
In September, we can come together to discuss what happened then, and what is happening now, and how the Holy Spirit is calling us to respond. This book can be purchased through your favorite bookseller or borrowed from the public library. If you want to join the discussion or have questions, please
Click Here. We will choose a meeting time/date that best works for all participants.

For now, keep reading!

                               Presbyterian Women

All women are invited to join a Circle and enjoy this year’s Presbyterian Women’s Bible Study. The Circles/study groups meet monthly via Zoom (until it is safe to resume in-person meetings).

Eve Circle meets the second Tuesday of the month beginning in September, at 7:00 pm at the home of one of our members. If you are a working woman and this group fits your schedule, contact Karri Wicka for more information.
A second opportunity is the Chase MacInnes Circle. It meets the 3rd Thursday each month at noon. Markie Garrity is the person to contact if this is your choice.
The Hoff-Nicholson Circle is another choice for you. They meet at noon on the 3rd Wednesday. If you have interest in studying with this Circle,
please contact Gert Williams.

Please consider participating in PW this year. Join a circle, learn more about water, and enjoy the fellowship of great women!
